If you are a Contributing Member

If you are a Contributing Member, an annual benefit statement will normally be added to LIFETRACK each year by the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, confirming your benefits under the RWE Group. You can access your latest annual benefit statement on LIFETRACK via Your Hub.

While you are a Contributing Member, you can also request from the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, once every 12 months a statement that shows:

  • The estimated benefits payable to you and your Spouse.

  • How to obtain the current transfer value of your benefits.

  • How you can change your contributions.

  • Where you can find information about your AVCs.

If you are a Deferred Member

When you stop being a Contributing Member, you receive a deferred benefit statement from the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, confirming your deferred benefits under the Main Section.

After that, you will normally receive an updated benefit statement from the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, every two years. You can access your latest benefit statement on LIFETRACK.

As you approach retirement

The Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, will send you a retirement statement and information about your benefits and options as you approach your Normal Pension Age.

If you are considering taking your benefits before your Normal Pension Age, you can request an early retirement statement from the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW. Visit the contact page for WTW’s details.

On your death

When the Administrator of RWE Group, WTW, is notified of your death, they will issue information to your Spouse and dependants and/or your personal representatives explaining what benefits are payable following your death.
